Job summary

PingWind, Inc. is seeking a Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED) Subject Matter Expert to support PED operations at Fort Belvoir, VA.

The role requires a TS/SCI clearance, a Bachelor's degree, and at least 5 years of military intelligence PED experience. The SME will coordinate with MIRC PED reach sites, develop training and operational requirements, and deliver high-quality products including SOPs, briefings, and documentation to meet Army readiness objectives.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI eligibility
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years supporting military intelligence PED operations
• Knowledge of Army C5ISR systems and architecture
• Experience coordinating across geographically dispersed sites
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with intelligence disciplines (e.g., GEOINT, SIGINT, HUMINT)
• Ability to work independently and in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Understand and proactively support customer requirements while delivering excellent service
• Provide SME support for MIRC PED initiatives per EXORD and MIRC Strategy
• Demonstrate knowledge of Army PED C5ISR architecture
• Coordinate with MIRC PED reach sites to identify training and operational needs
• Identify lifecycle replacement needs with the classified communications branch
• Report training and readiness metrics to leadership after IPR approval
• Produce PowerPoint presentations, SOPs, and document sets
• Support USARC, DA/G2, and USAW HC readiness objectives
• Conduct analysis to identify PED analytic capabilities from industry/government/academia
• Refine PED capabilities across MIRC
• Assist with configuration management for IaaS-hosted solutions using ABI/SOM/OBP
