Panelmatic, Inc. is seeking a PEC (E-House) Supervisor to lead manufacturing and production for Power Equipment Centers and related electrical equipment. You will direct daily production, coordinate project execution, manage manpower, and ensure safe, on-time, on-budget delivery per customer specs.

You will review diagrams, procedures, and requirements, mentor technicians, and drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and productivity while supporting audits and customer inspections.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years in PEC Houses, MCCs, or industrial electrical systems.
• Must be able to read and interpret electrical diagrams and customer specs.
• Experience supervising or leading teams is required.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate daily PEC testing activities and FAT schedules.
• Lead a team of test technicians with coaching and training.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA 70E, LOTO, and EHS standards.
