Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. seeks an PEC Supervisor to lead manufacturing and testing for Power Equipment Centers.

You will supervise testing activities, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate with engineering, project management, and production teams to meet FAT schedules and customer specifications. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience with PEC Houses/MCCs or industrial electrical systems and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years experience with PEC Houses, MCCs, or industrial electrical systems.
• 2+ years supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience managing testing activities and multiple projects.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, layout drawings, and customer specifications.
• Knowledge of OSHA, NFPA 70E, and LOTO requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily PEC testing activities to support FAT and project schedules.
• Lead a team of test technicians with direction, training, mentoring, and coaching for safe testing operations.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA 70E, LOTO and EHS standards.
• Review and interpret one-line diagrams, electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, test procedures, and customer requirements for accurate testing.
• Serve as primary escalation point for technical issues and coordinate with Engineering, Project Management, Production, Operations.
• Oversee calibration, maintenance, availability, and continuous improvement of testing equipment and tools.
• Review, verify, and maintain accurate testing documentation, reports, and KPIs.
• Monitor project progress and communicate testing status, risks, and performance to management.
• Support customer inspections, FAT, vendor visits, audits, and quality assessments.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for safety, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
