Qualifications

Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Able to follow directions from supervisors.
Available 6 days per week with 9+ hours per day.
Must be able to drive a truck with standard transmission.

Responsibilities

Wash and secure peat moss building.
Keep area around the peat moss shed clean of debris.
Maintain adequate supply of peat moss and lime.
Monitor hours and days off efficiently.
Maintain and supply salt to the softeners.
Ensure CAC is available for the following business day.
Provide accountability and direction to management for company-employee interactions.
Train new employees.
Oversee the peat moss process and all peat moss personnel.
Ensure peat moss practices are followed at all times.
Monitor and evaluate performance of peat moss staff.
Ensure follow-up and/or discipline per company policy.
Record water usage and bales for all mixers.
