Mount Adams Fruit in Bingen, WA is seeking a Pear Packer for our pear facility. You will pack pears into boxes quickly while maintaining quality and following customer specifications, with emphasis on correct labeling and measurement.

This full-time position offers a 4-day work week, rotating days, and overtime during peak season. Compensation includes hourly pay around $18.16 per hour plus discretionary bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Production or packing experience highly preferred.
• HS Diploma/GED preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wrap and pack pears by hand into boxes or cartons as directed by production management.
• Observe fruit for quality and discard non-conforming product.
• Pack fruit into cartons with correct counts and weights, ensuring proper labeling and barcodes.
