The role is first shift, on-site, with overtime as needed. You will learn equipment, complete changeovers, and report issues promptly while maintaining clear production records and collaborating with a engaged team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Follow product specifications, safety and quality procedures.
• Accurately complete production records and logs.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment according to product specifications and adjust as needed.
• Verify packaging materials and date codes before and during production.
• Monitor fillers, cappers, labelers, case sealers, packaging quality, and case printing.
• Complete production logs and work order requests accurately.
• Perform routine maintenance, equipment changeovers, and deep cleaning after changes.
• Identify and report mechanical and nonmechanical issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow SQF programs.
• Support ongoing safe and efficient plant operations.
