Job summary

The Peak Season Repair Specialist at Safelite trains in our industry-leading glass repair technology and follows the Safelite Way of Fitting. You will repair chips and cracks while delivering outstanding customer service with a caring, service-minded attitude.

You will manage work orders and customer documentation, operate the Safelite MRMs, lift up to 25 lbs, and work in varying weather. A valid driver's license and Safelite SafeTech certification are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Safelite SafeTech certification required.
• Valid state driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Learn to repair vehicle glass (classroom and hands on) under supervision.
• Repair chips, cracks and other auto glass issues on customer vehicles.
• Manage work orders, customer documentation and communication using Safelite MRM tools.
• Promote and sell Safelite promotional items to customers.
• Perform housekeeping tasks in vehicle and shop and maintain safety compliance.
