Job summary

Summit Credit Union is hiring a Peak Member Service Teller at our West Bend branch. This part-time, on-site role puts you on the front lines, engaging with members face-to-face to help them feel confident about their money and provide seamless service.

You will connect with members, resolve questions, and support daily branch operations while contributing to a people-first culture Summit is known for in the community.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service or sales experience.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Solid judgment for problem-solving within established guidelines.
• Attention to detail and comfort with basic math.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
