Job summary

Summit Credit Union in Muskego, WI is seeking a Member Service Teller to be the friendly first contact for members and to deliver confident guidance on everyday financial tasks.

You will handle in-person transactions, answer questions, and connect members with appropriate teammates to help with saving, loans, and home buying. This role emphasizes accuracy, service, and community focus.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of customer service or sales experience.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Solid judgment for problem-solving within established guidelines.
  • Attention to detail and comfort with basic math.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
