Job summary

Atlantic Group is seeking a finance professional to own fund accounting close, NAV production, and financial reporting for private equity vehicles. You will drive quarterly valuations, coordinate with third‑party valuation firms, and support complex fund transactions and cash activities.

You will lead audit and investor reporting efforts, respond to auditor requests, and collaborate with Tax, Legal, and deal teams on launches, compliance, and process improvements across the firm.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of private equity valuations and accounting experience.
• Experience with quarterly/annual close and NAV production.
• Strong collaboration with Tax, Legal, and deal teams.

Responsibilities

• Own fund accounting close, NAV production, and financial statements.
• Drive quarterly valuation process with third‑party firms.
• Support fund transactions, cash activity, and waterfall calculations.
• Lead audit and investor reporting schedules and auditor requests.
• Collaborate across Finance, Legal, Tax, Treasury on launches and compliance.
