Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in public accounting, fund accounting, or investment industry preferred.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• 3.0+ GPA preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with an interest in private equity and investment management.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash activity and reconcile fund bank accounts.
• Calculate management fees and expense allocations.
• Prepare journal entries and maintain fund ledgers.
• Prepare capital call and distribution calculations and investor notices.
• Prepare quarterly financial statements and income allocations.
• Calculate fund performance metrics (MOIC, gross/net IRR).
• Support year-end audit processes and coordinate with external auditors.
• Support investor reporting and respond to ad hoc information requests.
• Partner with finance and investment professionals on fund activity and reporting.
• Assist with analysis related to fund performance and portfolio activity.
• Support internal reporting and special projects as needed.
