Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking a Transactions and PE Marketing Manager to drive awareness, client engagement, and pipeline growth for our transactions advisory practice and private equity channel. You will translate business priorities into targeted campaigns, thought leadership, and go-to-market programs, coordinating content and assets across teams in a fast-paced matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5-7 years of marketing experience with at least 3 years in B2B professional services.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Highly collaborative with ability to work across teams.
• Experience with marketing channels and achieving business goals.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM, and digital tools.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of go-to-market campaigns in alignment with firm priorities.
• Coordinate integrated campaigns across digital, content, events, and thought leadership channels.
• Ensure brand alignment and asset integration across marketing functions.
• Develop and distribute PE/transactions-focused marketing content.
• Collaborate with leaders and SMEs to deliver POVs and assets.
• Broaden penetration within private equity channel with other advisory teams.
• Track campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
• Maintain campaign calendars and project timelines.
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes and efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
