Job summary

TPG is seeking a Capital Markets PE Syndicate Associate to work closely with senior professionals on the Capital Markets team. The role focuses on building the Broker Dealer platform, executing transactions, and expanding AI integration across products and geographies.

You will engage in deal pre-signing and execution, develop financing processes and lender outreach, while also contributing to business development, tech stack modernization, and cross-functional coordination within a global asset

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant investment banking experience or equivalent at a major direct lender/credit fund
• Interest in AI and technology
• Strong organizational, process management skills, and attention to detail across multiple time-sensitive projects

Responsibilities

• Deal Pre-Signing / Deal Execution: develop leverage reads, construct financing processes, identify lender bases, lead outreach, provide product guidance, assist in structuring financing grid and papers.
• Business Development: redevelop AI-integrated tech stack, cross-geo workflow enhancements, budgeting by product, update pipeline trackers, report activity to executives, coordinate across BD capabilities, target opportunistic transactions
