Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness in Cathedral City, CA is seeking a dedicated Trainer to lead the PE@PF group fitness program. You will design simple workouts, guide new members, and educate on proper equipment use to help members reach their fitness goals.

In addition to leading classes, you will assist front-desk tasks, enroll new members, give tours, and maintain a clean, welcoming club environment. This is a full-time, non-exempt position reporting to the Club Manager.

Mansioni

• Conduct and run the Planet Fitness PE@PF program, including creating and following the schedule.
• Consult with members regarding their fitness goals and instruct them on how to use the equipment properly and safely.
• Creating creative and unique ways to promote PE@PF class sign-ups.
• Create bi-weekly updates consisting of a variety of exercises.
• Meet class requirements based on club size and member traffic.
• Assist in front desk related activities including:
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions.
• Check members into the system.
• New member sign-up.
• Take potential members on tours.
• Changing/updating member account information
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner and elevate to Team Lead, MIT or Club Manager as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.
• Assist in cleanliness and appearance of club.
