The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of experience in civil engineering land development and project management. Responsibilities include leading design teams, ensuring client satisfaction, and facilitating business development within the community. Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional engineering design and project management experience.
• Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
• Ability to coordinate tasks and projects with other ESP Group Managers.

• Leadership of dedicated engineering team, including mentoring of staff.
