Job summary

LHH, partnering with a top corporate boutique in Boston, seeks a Corporate Associate with 3–4 years of BigLaw experience in M&A, private equity, and venture capital financings. Qualifications

• 3–4 years of BigLaw corporate training (M&A, PE, VC, financings)
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• Massachusetts Bar or willingness to become licensed in MA

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary outside counsel and strategic advisor to clients
• Involve in M&A, PE, VC financings and cross‑border transactions
• Draft, negotiate and review corporate agreements
• Manage client relationships with direct partner access from day one

Compensation

• Hours bonuses start at 1500 hours
