All-Pro Auto Reconditioning is seeking a full-time Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician in Wilmington, NC. You will remove dents without repainting, using specialized PDR tools, with a focus on precision and customer satisfaction.

The role requires at least two years of PDR experience and a valid license, and may include weekends/holidays depending on dealership needs. The position offers a base salary with commission, a team-oriented shop environment, and opportunities to stay current with

Qualifications

• 2 years of proven Paintless Dent Repair experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work weekends/holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform paintless dent repair on vehicles (cars, trucks, SUVs).
• Assess damage and determine best repair techniques.
• Massage/reshape metal panels to remove dents using PDR tools.
• Meet company standards and customer expectations.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and proper tool storage.
• Communicate repair status with team and customers.
• Stay updated on PDR techniques and industry advancements.
• Follow safety procedures at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.
