Job summary

Centria Healthcare is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide 1:1 private duty nursing in patients’ homes across Michigan. You will deliver skilled, personalized care to pediatric and adult patients in a low-stress, relationship-based setting.

We are currently looking for compassionate RNs and LPNs to join our team for several openings in the Battle Creek and Kalamazoo areas.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in Michigan.
• Home care or private duty experience preferred (not required).
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
• Pediatrics (birth-21 years) and adults with complex medical needs.

Private Duty Nurse (RN/LPN) – 1:1 Adult Home Care

Job Summary

Centria Healthcare is hiring compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide 1:1 private duty nursing in patients’ homes. You’ll deliver skilled, personalized care to pediatric and adult patients in a low-stress, relationship-based setting. We are currently looking for compassionate LPNs and RNs to join our team for several high-priority 1:1 openings in the Battle Creek and Kalamazoo areas.

Whether you prefer the energy of pediatric care or the reward of working with adults, we have a patient who needs your skills.

Client-Specific Case Details

Client 1: Adult Spinal Cord/TBI Rehab

• Patient: Adult client recovering from a 2020 motor vehicle accident (C1 ASIA-C SCI and TBI).
• Clinical Needs: Neurogenic bladder management (intermittent straight cath), UTI monitoring, ADL support, and mobility assistance (ambulates short distances with a walker).

Client 2: Pediatric Care

• Patient: Sweet 2-year-old who requires trach, vent, and g-tube management. Home is very clean and pet free!
• Clinical Needs: Trach, vent, and g-tube management
• Schedule: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM // Monday, Tuesday, Friday
• Patient: 69-year-old female (Quadriplegic).
• Personality: Super sweet, loves elephants, gospel music, and action/comedy movies.
• Clinical Needs: Trach changes, suctioning, cough assist machine, ADLs, and fall prevention.
• Environment: Clean, friendly home with a highly involved family.
  • Team environment: There is always a nurse and an aide working together.
• Schedule: Mon-Wed and Sat-Sun | 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
