Job summary

You will troubleshoot PDK-related problems, conduct design-team training, and drive continuous improvements in PDK features, staying ahead of industry trends in semiconductor technology.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field with 2 years of experience.
• Experience with EDA tools and flows.
• Scripting in Python/Perl/Shell for automation.
• Parasitic extraction, physical verification, circuit simulation, and reliability verification.
• Experience working on external foundry FinFET and gate-all-around (GAA) nodes.
• PDK development and management.
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and design rules.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CAD teams, tool vendors, and foundries to ensure PDK compatibility and performance.
• Develop and maintain documentation for PDK usage and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve PDK-related problems in a timely manner.
• Conduct training sessions for design teams on PDK usage and updates.
