Job summary

Sanco Equipment in Mason City, IA is seeking a dependable PDI & Equipment Setup Technician to join our service team. This role offers hands-on work with new and used equipment, including pre-delivery inspections, installing attachments, and light repairs.

College or technical school students are encouraged to apply, with tuition reimbursement possible for eligible programs. You'll prepare equipment for delivery, ensure safety and readiness, and contribute to ongoing maintenance and setup

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate equipment safely.
• Experience or education in diesel/heavy equipment, automotive, or construction gear is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-delivery inspections on equipment.
• Install attachments and configure equipment for customers.
• Carry out light mechanical work and basic maintenance.
• Prepare used equipment for delivery and assist with trade-ins.
