Job summary

CFA Institute is seeking an Associate Manager, PDF Production & Delivery to own the day-to-day health of automated PDF production workflows for high-volume learning content in the United States. You will troubleshoot complex production issues, collaborate with Content Production and Editorial teams, and drive accessibility-embedded processes across print and digital PDFs.

Qualifications

• Experience in PDF production and automated publishing workflows.
• Experience with XML-based structured-content publishing systems.
• Hands-on with accessibility in automated workflows.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex production issues and document fixes.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimise day-to-day health of automated PDF production workflows.
• Escalation point for production specialists; troubleshoot complex issues.
• Collaborate with Typefi and structured-content publishing in PDF outputs.
• Configure PDFs for print export requirements and accessibility.
• Design and test workflow improvements; perform regression testing.
• Support PDFs within broader ePub and other digital outputs.
• Mentor colleagues and maintain clear workflow documentation.
