Qualifications

• Lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Stand or sit for 8+ hours per shift.
• Able to operate a forklift.
• Fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Willing to work overtime and Saturdays.
• 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly, weekly, and daily production goals in a fast-paced team setting.
• Move materials between floor, pallets, conveyors, and tables.
• Operate sewing machines, hot glue guns, pallet jacks.
• Sort, verify, and supply production materials to stations.
• Collaborate with team to achieve goals.
• Label and pack finished goods.
• Maintain a clean area/environment.
• Perform quality inspections at each step to ensure quality standards.
• Once selected for interview, discuss available positions.
