RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a dedicated RN for the Emergency Department at Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch, NJ. This per diem, day-shift role demands an RN with ED experience and current NJ licensure, plus BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications and BSN when possible.

Responsibilities

• Caring for patients of all ages in the ED, including triage and trauma.
• Handle emergent situations and critical care patients.
• Collaborate with ED physicians, RNs and ED techs as a team.

Qualifications

• RN Degree
• NJ RN License
• At least one year current ED experience required
• BLS, ACLS & PALS (American Heart Association)
• 8 continuing education hours trauma education every 2 years required
• BSN

• CEN Certification

• Per Diem Day, Eve, Night

Essential Functions

• Caring for our patients including infants, pediatric, adults and geriatric population in the ED, Triage and Cardiac Trauma
• Ability to deal with Emergent situations and critical care patients
• Essential member of a dynamic team of ED physicians, RN's and ED Techs
