Job summary

Fourth Floor is seeking a Product Developer / Merchandiser to manage development across kids and women’s accessory categories including belts, bags, backpacks, and cold weather.

This role involves overseeing development from concept through production, working closely with design, sales, and overseas vendors; the ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects independently.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in accessories product development.
• Experience with belts, bags, backpacks, or cold weather accessories.
• Strong Excel and Adobe Illustrator skills.
• Highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
