Faith Technologies, Inc. is hiring a PD Facility Support Coordinator II to provide day-to-day support for Process Development initiatives at facilities.
You will serve as a primary contact for questions, issues, and intake requests, collaborating with PD teams to ensure smooth operation and accurate record-keeping. The role requires 1–3 years in operations or coordination, with strong communication skills and proficiency in basic digital tools like spreadsheets, trackers, and shared systems.

The PD Facility Support Coordinator II provides day-to-day support to facilities during the use, adoption, and stabilization of PD-owned processes and tools. This role serves as a primary point of contact for facility questions, issues, and intake requests related to Process Development initiatives. The PD Facility Support Coordinator II works closely with PD Implementation Coordinators, PD Process Analysts, and PD Systems Analysts to ensure facilities are supported, issues are routed appropriately, and feedback is captured and communicated effectively.
We are seeking a candidate with strong communication and organizational skills who can effectively collaborate with facility teams and operational staff. The ideal applicant will be comfortable working with basic digital tools, including spreadsheets, trackers, and shared systems, to support daily operations and maintain accurate records.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in an operations, coordination, or support role.
Travel: up to 5%
Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday. Overtime may be required. Ability to work a flexible schedule is necessary.
