Job summary

Fourth Floor in New York is seeking a Product Developer / Merchandiser to manage development across kids and women’s accessory categories including belts, bags, backpacks, and cold weather. You will oversee product development from concept through production, collaborating with design, sales, and overseas vendors, and you’ll stay hands-on, detail‑oriented, and capable of juggling multiple projects.

This role requires strong Excel and Illustrator skills and a proactive approach to showroom

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in accessories product development.
• Experience with belts, bags, backpacks, or cold weather accessories required.
• Strong Excel and Adobe/Illustrator skills.
