You will oversee product development from concept through production, collaborating with design, sales, and overseas vendors, and you’ll stay hands-on, detail‑oriented, and capable of juggling multiple projects.

This role requires strong Excel and Illustrator skills and a proactive approach to showroom

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in accessories product development.
• Experience with belts, bags, backpacks, or cold weather accessories required.
• Strong Excel and Adobe/Illustrator skills.
• Highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage product development and sample process with overseas factories.
• Support concept development, CADs/Illustrator work, and trend research.
• Track costing and maintain development documentation.
• Prepare customer presentations and line sheets.
• Assist with showroom merchandising and product organization.
