As a PCU RN, you will provide high-quality patient care in acute-care hospital environments, monitor cardiac rhythms, administer medications, document care, and collaborate with care teams while maintaining EMR accuracy and

Qualifikationen

• Active Virginia RN license required.
• Minimum 2 years of PCU nursing experience within the past 4 years.
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications.
• QuantiFERON-TB Gold test within the past 12 months.
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption.
• Additional facility credentials may be required.

Aufgaben

• Assess and monitor patient conditions and document findings.
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and changes in patient status.
• Administer medications and IV therapies as ordered.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and adhere to infection-control standards.
• Educate patients and families about care and discharge plans.
• Adapt to different hospital units and environments.
