Job summary

Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required
• RN - Licensed Registered Nurse_PA - State of Pennsylvania

Responsibilities

• Interacts with co-workers, patients, their family/designated care partner(s), and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson Health.
• Develops nursing plans of care with the patient and designated care partners to address individual needs and priorities.
• Uses the nursing process to deliver patient care and ensure safety, quality, and continuity.
• Participates in safety, quality improvement activities and committee work as required.
