Job summary

AtlantiCare's Satellite Hammonton Emergency Department is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time night shifts. The RN collaborates with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care across inpatient, outpatient and community settings.

The role requires a BSN preferred education, NJ RN licensure (or multi-state), BLS on hire, and ACLS within six months. Proficiency with clinical applications and a commitment to ongoing professional growth are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current RN licensure in New Jersey or current multi-state license.
• ACLS and ongoing BLS certification; annual trauma and stroke education.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interdisciplinary care with physicians and care team.
• Perform nursing assessments and plan patient care.
• Implement interventions per plan and document actions.
• Evaluate outcomes and update the care plan as needed.
• Provide education to patients and families.
