Job summary

Medical Office Force, LLC is seeking a PCU Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a hospital setting across units. The RN will assess and monitor patients, administer meds, document care, and collaborate with physicians.

Requirements include Virginia RN license, at least 2 years PCU experience in the past 4 years, BLS and ACLS, QuantiFERON-TB Gold within 12 months, and COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption. Shifts vary (7a-7p and 7p-7a).

Qualifications

• Active Virginia RN license required.
• At least 2 years PCU experience within the past 4 years.
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications.
• QuantiFERON-TB Gold test within 12 months.
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption.

Responsibilities

• Assessing, monitoring, and documenting patient conditions.
• Monitoring cardiac rhythms and patient status changes.
• Administering medications, IV therapies, and treatments.
• Collaborating with physicians and care teams.
• Maintaining accurate electronic medical records.
• Following infection-control and safety protocols.
• Educating patients and families about care and discharge plans.
• Adapting to different hospital environments and units.
