Texas Health Huguley is seeking a PCU RN for a 13-week contract on day shift in Burleson, TX. Pay is $52.50/hour plus differential. Position requires 2+ years of PCU nursing in an acute care hospital, RN license and BLS, and strong assessment and communication skills.

Must be able to work 7a–7p, open availability, and maintain patient safety and regulatory compliance. Strong teamwork and patient advocacy are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of nursing experience in an acute hospital setting.
• RN license valid and current (required).
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate Windows-based programs.
• Fluent in English (read, verbal and written).

Responsabilités

• Demonstrates critical thinking and assesses patient needs and plans care accordingly.
• Collects and documents health data accurately and timely.
• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed and ensures safety.
• Communicates with patients, families, physicians and staff professionally.
• Ensures handoffs and documentation are accurate and timely.
• Adheres to infection control and PPE protocols.
