BJC HealthCare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Inpatient PCU - Progressive Care Unit in Alton, Illinois. The role involves direct patient care in a 32-bed telemetry unit with a strong focus on cardiac care and step-down drips, supporting a 4–5 patient load per nurse.

Open to ADN, BSN, and MSN candidates, with full-time day shifts (3 x 12-hour shifts). Eligible external candidates may receive a sign-on bonus up to $15,000, plus shift differentials, comprehensive benefits, and a career

Qualificações

• RN license required.
• ADN/BSN candidates welcomed; BSN preferred.
• Experience or interest in progressive care units and cardiac care.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care in PCU with 4–5 patient ratio.
• Educate patients and families on care plans, meds, and home care.
• Collaborate with interprofessional team to develop and adjust plans of care.
• Document assessments, diagnoses, and interventions accurately.
