Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) in McKinney, TX. This 13-week contract features a 12-hour day shift (07:00-19:00) with a guaranteed 36 hours per week, delivering high-quality care and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate holds a Texas RN license, BLS certification, and PCU experience is preferred. ACLS is a plus, with a focus on safe, effective patient care and excellent communication with patients and families.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of Texas.
• Experience in Progressive Care Unit or similar setting preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to PCU patients.
• Monitor patient status and document findings.
• Administer medications and therapies as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs and perform clinical evaluations.
• Collaborate with the medical team to plan patient care.
