Job summary

Talent One Services seeks an experienced Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse for a fast-paced acute-care hospital team in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. The role emphasizes high-acuity patient care, collaboration with physicians, and strong clinical assessment skills.

The RN will provide safe nursing care, monitor patient status, administer treatments, and participate in care planning, documentation, and team communication in a dynamic clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of acute-care PCU RN experience required.
• Active RN license permitting practice in Florida.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced acute-care environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to PCU patients.
• Assess and monitor patients and respond to changes in condition.
• Administer medications, treatments, and physician-ordered interventions.
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow patient safety standards.
