Job summary

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations.
• RN state licensure (or compact license).
• BCLS certification required.
• ACLS, PALS, NRP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver patient-centered care per policies.
• Assess patients and document findings; report changes.
• Administer medications and monitor for side effects.
• Collaborate with physicians and care team on care plans.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in CPR as needed.
• Educate patients and families on conditions and post-discharge care.
