The nurse is responsible for assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care based on outcomes and evidence-based practices. They coordinate patient care, communicate effectively with the healthcare team, patients, and families, and uphold high standards of professional ethics.
Must hold a valid NJ RN License, maintained according to state regulations. Demonstrates strong nursing skills, knowledge of hospital practices, and effective communication. Committed to ongoing education to stay current in nursing practices. Ability to coordinate efforts within a healthcare team is essential.
