Openwork Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Progressive Care Unit (PCU) team. The role focuses on patients requiring intermediate care and close monitoring, bridging ICU and medical-surgical care.

You will collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to deliver high-quality care. Ideal candidates hold an active RN license, BLS, and an aptitude for critical thinking, with 1+ year PCU/IMC experience.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in the PCU with close monitoring.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders.
• Document care accurately and maintain patient safety protocols.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses and post-discharge care.
