Job summary

Tuality Healthcare’s Hillsboro Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Medical Progressive Care Unit (15-bed, 1:3 ratio). The role offers relocation assistance up to $15,000 and a pay range of $49.34–$74.08 per hour.

You’ll deliver holistic, patient-centered care with a strong interdisciplinary team. Requirements include ADN, Oregon RN license, BLS, ACLS within 3 months, and proven acute care nursing experience.

Qualifications

ADN required and Oregon RN license current.
BLS certification (American Heart Association) required.
ACLS certification required within 3 months of hire.
Experience in acute care nursing is preferred.

Responsibilities

Participates in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team using effective communication and conflict management skills.
Uses a systematic process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation in delivery of care.
Adapts care to changes in patient status and communicates needs to the physician and team.
Provides compassionate care with respect and dignity during transitions in care.
