Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for a PCU/stepdown position on the night shift. This 13-week contract involves three 12-hour nights per week with potential coverage throughout the facility. ACLS and BLS are required; PALS is preferred.

Candidates should have at least two years of PCU experience and familiarity with the Cerner charting system. Flexibility to float to other units is expected in this acute care setting.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum 2 years experience in a stepdown/PCU unit
• ACLS and BLS certifications required; PALS preferred
• Familiarity with Cerner charting system is advantageous
• Willingness to float to other areas as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside nursing care in PCU during night shifts
• Monitor vitals and administer medications per policy
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team
• Document in Cerner EMR
• Support three 12-hour shifts per week and flexibility for coverage
