Job summary

ASTEMO INDIANA, INC. is seeking a Technical Assistant to support production manufacturing in the PCU Diecast area on 3rd Shift, performing root cause analysis and implementing countermeasures to keep machinery running smoothly and to meet production goals.

This role collaborates with production and engineering, mentors associates, plans projects, and helps maintain organized, efficient work areas. A high school diploma or GED is required; knowledge of CNC/PLC, robots, and Glovia/Windows tools is

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required to qualify.
• Knowledge of CNC and PLC systems and programming preferred.
• Knowledge of Robots preferred.
• Demonstrated casting, machining or assembly knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge of processes in casting, machining or assembly preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills required.
