Qualifications

• One year of medical experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• BONENT/NNCC/NNCO Certification must be obtained within 18 months from hire date.
• CDPH CHT certification (CA locations only) must be obtained within 18 months from hire date.

Responsibilities

• Learn to provide direct patient care under RN supervision.
• Learn hemodialysis treatment according to Satellite policies and procedures.
• Take and monitor patient vital signs.
• Perform blood tests as directed.
• Document patient information accurately.
• Prepare and monitor dialysis equipment and supplies.
• Clean and maintain dialysis equipment.

Minimum Qualifications

Experience

One (1) year of medical experience preferred

Education

High School Diploma, G.E.D. certificate, or equivalent

License/Certification

• Current CPR certification
• BONENT/NNCC/NNCO certification is required within 18 months from the hire date.
• CDPH CHT certification (for CA locations only) is required within 18 months from the hire date
