Job summary

San Juan Regional Medical Center in Farmington, NM is seeking a Patient Care Tech (PCT) to support a patient-centered care team. You will assist with basic patient care, track vitals, and communicate with the care team to ensure a healing environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, CNA experience or certification, and BLS within two weeks of hire. The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Nursing assistant experience or certification; if none, completion of nursing assistant or patient care tech program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within two weeks of hire.
• Legible printing and clear speaking voice.
• Typing/computer skills
• Mature, courteous deportment
• Medical terminology knowledge preferred within three years.
