Sanford Health is hiring a Patient Care Technician for the Clinic Resource Team in Fargo. The role offers day shifts with 16 hours per week, a pay range of $16.00–$23.00 per hour plus a $2.25/hour float premium and a $1,250 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
You will perform basic patient care, assist with vitals, room patients, and support providers and nursing staff in a dynamic ambulatory setting.

Department Details This is a great opportunity to experience different departments, continuously learn new things, and serve a wide variety of patients. We are looking for outgoing, adaptable, quick learners to join our Clinic Resource Team. A current member of the team shared that this team allowed her to "become a well-rounded nurse and acquire a tremendous amount of experience in various specialties."
Must be available to work 2 days a week, 8 hour shifts.
Hours are typically 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday.
Summary The Patient Care Technician (PCT) performs basic patient care services and supports activities within ambulatory services. Patient Care Technicians are multi-skilled to provide expanded services under the direct supervision of a licensed clinical professional.

High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred, but not required. Minimum of six months’ experience preferred. Experience in a clinic setting preferred. Knowledge of healthcare, anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and medical equipment/supplies preferred. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred. Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications. Basic Life Support (BLS) for health care providers required or within the first 60 days of employment. If working in North Dakota (ND) and not a Certified Nursing Assistant, must be registered as a Nursing Assistant (NA) through the North Dakota Department of Health within four months from the date of initial employment.
