Talnt is seeking a Private Client Services Tax Director to lead relationships with high-net-worth clients and shape complex tax and wealth planning. You’ll oversee individual, fiduciary, trust, estate, and family business work, collaborating with attorneys and wealth advisors.
You’ll mentor managers and seniors, own engagement scope and pricing, and expand client relationships to grow the practice while delivering practical, proactive tax advice.
Ready to do more than oversee compliance?
As a Private Client Services Tax Director, you'll lead relationships with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families, shape complex tax and wealth planning, and help grow the practice. Your work will span closely held businesses, investments, trusts, estates, real estate, and multigenerational wealth. You'll have room to make an impact across the full client relationship, not just the annual return.
Compensation: $225,000–$250,000 base salary + bonus/incentive compensation, depending on experience, market, client relationships, and business development experience.
If you've mastered the technical work and want greater ownership of client relationships and practice growth, this role gives you a path to build toward Partner-level responsibility. You'll work directly with Partners, lead meaningful planning, and help shape what comes next for the Private Client Services practice.
