The Senior Engineer, PCS / EMS Integration will serve as Ford Energy’s hands‑on Senior Engineer for the integration of Power Conversion Systems (PCS), Energy Management Systems (EMS), and Battery Management Systems (BMS). This role is responsible for supporting the technical foundation for product execution and field readiness. You will operate with high technical independence, delivering technical integration deliverables and serving as the key technical interface between suppliers, commissioning teams, and engineering partners to ensure long‑term platform robustness.
