• Completes most individual appointments (e.g., 75%) within 30 minutes.
• Uses Measurement Based Care (MBC) in PCMHI CCC guidelines.
• Writes concise notes optimized for collaboration within PACT.
• Engages in PACT huddles and meetings to foster collaborative team functioning.
