Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years in customer service, sales, receptionist, or equivalent, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Denticon/Dentrix.
• Excellent communication skills with patients, staff and stakeholders.
