Job summary

Western Dental Services, Inc. is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in Los Angeles. You will greet patients, schedule appointments, and explain treatment options, costs, and insurance coverage in a clear, friendly manner.

You will coordinate with dental staff, maintain patient records and assist with financial transactions, while ensuring regulatory compliance. Travel for training may be involved.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or dental settings.
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Denticon/Dentrix is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, staff and third party stakeholders.
• Attention to detail in maintaining patient records and handling financial transactions.
