The Electrical / Electronics Test Engineer - PCBA will create automated test cells that integrate power hardware, instrumentation, control software, and data pipelines for scalable validation and production testing, from PCBAs to high-power assemblies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer/Mechatronics or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience designing and delivering automated test setups for high-voltage/high-power systems.
• Strong fundamentals in circuits and instrumentation.
• Hands-on experience with scopes, DMMs, power supplies, DAQs, and digital interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Define functional test coverage for PCBAs, subsystems, and full systems.
• Architect test solutions balancing coverage, cycle time, cost, and maintainability.
• Drive Design-for-Test with test points, boundary scan, firmware testing, and observability.
• Define regression strategy to prevent repeat learning across builds.
• Own high-voltage/ high-power automated test systems and ensure safety and production-readiness.
• Develop test fixtures, harnesses, and fault-injection rigs; sustain and improve tooling.
